Gunjan Arya currently serves as NCPMI VP of Membership. Under her leadership, membership has increased by 4.5% while maintaining a solid retention rate of 88%. She is a seasoned Project Manager and Scientist with over 15 years of experience in the biotechnology and gene therapy sectors. Holding a PMP certification, Gunjan excels in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from inception to successful completion. With a passion for fostering inclusivity and collaboration, Gunjan is dedicated to enhancing member engagement and organizational growth.

Gunjan is a project manager at Life Edit Therapeutics Inc. Her expertise in process optimization and stakeholder management, coupled with exceptional communication skills, allows her to create impactful environments that benefit both clients and team members. Gunjan's commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in her diverse skill set, which includes active listening, critical thinking, and strategic planning.
