 As we evolve into the digital era of wan
 ting the latest and greatest software faster\; we need to adjust our think
 ing and methods of working to stay relevant and abreast with current marke
 t trends.&nbsp\; Our customers expect value sooner\, and our sponsors expe
 ct a return on investments immediately.
 Agile project management require
 s a mind-shift\, to think differently about the same software or product t
 o be delivered.&nbsp\; Demands are higher\; this means a big bang release
