 rough the project portfolio. At Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Caroli
 na\, we have transformed our project-portfolio service offer by focusing o
 n three key initiatives:
 
 Partnering with Strategy and Enterprise plan
 ning to align the portfolio to strategic outcomes
 Linking portfolio deli
 very performance and portfolio investment performance to highlight value i
 mpact
 Leveraging analytics to drive outcome-focused decision making.

 Through these three initiatives\, we have aligned our portfoli
 o to achieve quantifiable value and strategic outcomes\, while also identi
 fying leading indicators for portfolio risk.
