 I start my keynotes with the concept of The Serving Mindset – in 
 essence: changing our conversations from selling to serving - and how we m
 ust see ourselves as leaders\, regardless of our roles or titles. We dive 
 into how we can Elevate our Leadership and Relationships through The Servi
 ng Mindset and how this shift creates the right ripple effects of success 
 for all. I share my own story of being a high performer and hard worker in
  the corporate world – as an engineer and then a project manager – and
  how my limited mindset sabotaged my growth until I shifted it. We explore
  the 3 foundations of The Serving Mindset – the high-level context – a
 nd then the 4 principles of applying the serving mindset to your leadershi
 p with tangible actionable strategies you can apply right away. I demonstr
 ate specific conversation strategies that elevate the quality of your comm
 unication as a leader &amp\; influencer. I outline the different styles of
  communication and how you must adapt to others to connect on a deeper lev
 el including exact phrases to use (and some to avoid) in powerful conversa
 tions. We end on the promise of higher leadership through serving others.
