 How many of us have been in a business or pr
 oject launch meeting and details of what needs to be done start to be thro
 wn around and then the \"leader\" in the room gets asked a question\, and 
 the gut-wrenching response comes back\, \"Well\, It depends.\" Well\, than
 k you \"Captain obvious!\" is what we think\, well\, maybe just me. How ma
 ny projects or decisions have been stalled by \"It depends\"? If we as lea
 ders know so much about the path to improved organizational performance\, 
 why is it so difficult to get there?
 This interactive session will incor
 porate small group and large group think-tank discussions on how we can cl
 ose the gap between Knowing versus Doing. We will begin the work to put to
  death the defacto \"It Depends\" and build a healthy living environment f
 or decision-making and action-taking.
