 Today\, in the face of information overload\, and c
 hoice overload\, our decision-making tends to become overly influenced by 
 personal biases\, intuition\, prior experience\, illusions\, and perceptio
 n.
 This workshop will help you recognize\, and identify the Perils &amp\
 ; Pitfalls of Decision-Making\; and make you aware of the Decision-Contami
 nation\, and Decision-Manipulation. Finally\, we will get an insight into 
 Analytical Decision-Making\, as a remedy. We will also present the tools\,
  and techniques\, available to make decisions that are timely\, consistent
 \, optimal\, and defensible.
 The greatest misunderstanding about negotia
 ting is that it is adversarial in nature. In reality\, it is a problem-sol
 ving process where each side sees the other as a potential partner – it 
 is not designed for those with a trial or debating mentality.
 After this
  one-hour session\, learners will be able to:
