 Practicing in the IT 
 industry over four decades and teaching project management at the Universi
 ty level for the past twenty years has afforded me an opportunity to obser
 ve the convergence of project leadership theory and practical experience. 
 I’ll share my views on some non-traditional leadership competencies and 
 in an interactive session we’ll observe together how these competencies 
 mesh with reality.
