 Abstract
 
 Even when strateg
 y is clear\, budgets are approved\, and technology is ready\, projects sti
 ll stall. Why? Because execution breaks down at the human level\, not beca
 use of technology. Misalignment\, communication gaps\, and competing work 
 styles often slow progress more than any system or process.
 In this sess
 ion\, participants will be introduced to a strengths-based framework that 
 helps them better understand how individuals naturally contribute to a tea
 m and how those differences impact collaboration\, decision-making\, and e
 xecution. Drawing on real-world examples\, this session will help project 
 leaders identify where breakdowns are happening and how to address them mo
 re effectively.

 Tieska Jumbo is a leadership strategist\, speaker\, and Cli
 ftonStrengths facilitator who helps individuals and teams unlock their nat
 ural strengths to improve collaboration and execution. She brings over a d
 ecade of experience leading strategic communications and change initiative
 s across global organizations\, including work supporting large-scale tran
 sformation efforts impacting thousands of employees.
