Communications and Public Speaking CoP: Move from Strategic Problem Solver to Visionary Go-To (While Making it Easier to Get Done You Need Done)Title of Presentation: Move from Strategic Problem Solver to Visionary Go-To (While Making it Easier to Get Done You Need Done) Abstract: You’re an incredible Project Manager. And you’re sensing that there has to be a better, easier, less energy draining way to get the right people to sit up, take notice, and swiftly do the things you need done. The question is, how? We will cover how to transform your P-Factor…the key to being taken seriously and seen as the person in the control center who can command what is happening. The orchestrator, visionary, navigator, guardian, and all-around stellar leader that you are. One of the most effective ways to elevate how you are being seen is to grow the right amount of Moxy and ignite it with your Personal Brand. We will uncover some fun ways to do both. Gaining facility with how you strategically show up and are experienced will lead to increased ability to intentionally leverage your value and deeply connect with those around you. Learning Objectives: By focusing on these objectives, you will gain greater facility with the exact right components of your own personalized P-Factor: where your Moxy and Personal Brand come together to create an unignorable presence. Elevate your visibility and reputation to open new opportunities in every space you’re in. Get keys to purposefully share your unique values clearly and effectively. Intentionally deliver an experience that aligns with who you are. |
