Higher Education CoP - Evaluating Early-Stage Life Science Companies for InvestmentProject selection is a critical topic that often gets overlooked during the nascent phase of any new project. Many factors are important to consider when strategically and holistically evaluating a project, including, but not limited to: business opportunity, strength of the team, unique value propositions, and time to market. Determining how to balance these factors and manage stakeholder expectations is important for all project managers. This presentation will focus on strategies for evaluating early-stage life science companies, although the strategies employed can be extended to project selection in a wide variety of sectors. |
