Knowing Your Temperament and that of Your Stakeholders Can Build a Stronger TeamWe all have a temperament that influences how we like to work and interface with others. By knowing our individual temperaments and that of those we work with we can build a team that maximizes our collective strengths and accommodates our weaknesses. In this session we will explore the Keirsey Temperament Sorter which categorizes people by four temperaments: Artisan, Guardian, Idealist, and Rational. We’ll see which types complement each other and which types may conflict with each other. Armed with this knowledge, we have the potential to be an Emotionally Intelligent Team. |
