 The&nbsp\;Durham&nbsp\;Rescue&nbsp\;Mission's mission:

 bsp\;Durham&nbsp\;Rescue&nbsp\;Mission&nbsp\;is&nbsp\;Durham\, NC’s olde
 st and largest long-term homeless shelter\, providing food\, clothing\, pe
 rmanent supportive housing\, vocational training\, Biblical counseling\, j
 ob placement\, education\, accountability and much more to broken men\, wo
 men and children in&nbsp\;Durham\, Chapel Hill and Raleigh. Our doors are 
 open 24 hours a day\, 365 days a year.&nbsp\;
 &nbsp\;
 During this 3.5 
 hour afternoon shift\, volunteers will participate in one or more of the f
 ollowing activities:
 
 
 Arrange tables\, chairs\, and serving station
 s\, ensuring the space is welcoming and organized for meal service
 
 

  Assist with chopping vegetables\, organizing food trays\, and setting up 
 utensils and beverages for smooth meal distribution
 
 
 Serve meals wi
 th a friendly attitude\, ensuring guests receive balanced portions and acc
 ommodating dietary needs as necessary
