  unique value propositions\, and time to market. Determining how to balanc
 e these factors and manage stakeholder expectations is important for all p
 roject managers. This presentation will focus on strategies for evaluating
  early-stage life science companies\, although the strategies employed can
  be extended to project selection in a wide variety of sectors.
