 We seem to be running into hybrid work\, hybrid fra
 meworks\, hybrid methodologies\, etc.\, at every turn of the corner. The c
 onfluence of all of these factors impacts the way we lead\, manage and rel
 ate to people at all levels. Covid has brought this into view as never bef
 ore. Fortunately there are lessons learned and techniques that we can use 
 going forward to address the challenges this hybrid world presents.

 zie. In her spare time\, Mara has served on various boards and committees\
 , and has taught project management and business courses at Houston-based 
 colleges and universities. She holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Man
 agement at Northwestern University and a BFA from the California College o
 f Arts.
