 rough many of these presentations\, had heated intellectual discussions\, 
 and even read more leadership articles and books than I care to admit.&nbs
 p\; 
 But\, as far as I can remember\, no one has ever talked about the o
 ne thing that you can’t overlook. &nbsp\;The one thing that when overloo
 ked leads to failure.&nbsp\; If you have any hope of becoming an accomplis
 hed leader you need to crack the code. I will show you that the “secret
