 A trendy managerial acronym: VUCA\, short for volatility\, uncertai
 nty\, complexity\, and ambiguity\, and a catchall for “Hey\, it’s craz
 y out there!” It’s also misleading: VUCA conflates four distinct types
  of challenges that demand four distinct types of responses. That makes it
  difficult to know how to approach a challenging situation and easy to use
  VUCA as a crutch\, a way to throw off the hard work of strategy and plann
 ing.&nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\

 The keynote presentation will sti
 mulate reaction from attendees on topics surrounding sustainability.
 It 
 will be motivational but highlight our communication plans/lack of plans\,
  and expose some more recent risk factors.
 Attendees will be encouraged 
 to explore how they view the planet\, the existence of the inhabitants\, a
 nd how we can reduce factors that delivered us to the conditions we now en
 dure. An emotional but informational presentation is planned.
 There will
  be time reserved at the end for a discussion.
