DESCRIPTION:We all have a temperament that influences how we like to work a
 nd interface with others. By knowing our individual temperaments and that 
 of those we work with we can build a team that maximizes our collective st
 rengths and accommodates our weaknesses. In this session we will explore t
 he Keirsey Temperament Sorter which categorizes people by four temperament
 s: Artisan\, Guardian\, Idealist\, and Rational. We’ll see which types c
 omplement each other and which types may conflict with each other. Armed w
 ith this knowledge\, we have the potential to be an Emotionally Intelligen
 t Team.
