  it really is. We don't need special equipment\, just great communication 
 skills. You don't need to be hilarious\, just open minded. Improv is the g
 reat equalizer because when you learn how to improvise\, you can bring cha
 risma and in-the-moment communication into any social situation. On top of
  all that\, it's funny! When leaders learn improv\, they add a necessary s
 kill to their toolbelt.&nbsp\;
