 People a
 re social beings. Project managers are responsible for the social interact
 ions of those they lead. In fact\, their role may better be described as 
 “People” Managers instead of “Project” Managers. If the people are
  managed\, the project gets done. With the pandemic\, the challenge to man
 age people is even harder. But social distancing is NOT the way to do it.
