 annot control the predictability of work coming in. In addition\, it can h
 elp expose process bottlenecks so they can be fixed.
 Although Kanban is 
 most closely associated with Agile\, any service or support team can utili
 ze the system. In this session attendees will be introduced to Kanban\, it
 s principles\, how it works\, and how it differs from Scrum. They will lea
 rn how to get started using Kanban and how to overcome common challenges. 
 Attendees will leave the course prepared to implement Kanban in their orga
 nizations.
