  This course is designed to heighten both your emotional and social intell
 igence through leadership models\, concepts\, measures\, anecdotes\, stati
 stics\, and research findings.
 This course includes a leadership communi
 cation measure that goes beyond highlighting strengths and potential pitfa
 lls. Even if you have already taken the Myers Briggs measure\, you will be
  exposed to a new application that allows you to observe and experience in
  real time what it means to make constructive use of your differences with
  others. As a practical takeaway\, this process will enable you to apply t
 he coursework on emotional and social intelligence with your own team memb
 ers (and family!) following the course. No other leadership or communicati
