 ganization.&nbsp\; This is not a talk about how to follow project manageme
 nt principles\, there are great resources out there that talk about that a
 nd offer great value.&nbsp\; Rather\, the focus is on the research-based f
 indings that integrating wellbeing into project management results in bett
 er outcomes.
 The purpose of this presentation is to identify specific\, 
 tangible steps that can be taken for a healthy approach to project managem
 ent as well as to raise broader awareness about the impact of employee and
  contractor wellbeing on each of the five phases of project management as 
 well as throughout the operational life of the implementation.
