Participants will build a structure out of Legos that must co nform to design specifications and use available materials. Teams have def ined roles for different members\; all participants must operate within th e limits of their roles and in the available time. After completing the ex ercise\, we will debrief the experience as a group\, discussing topics suc h as observed behaviors\, unexpected challenges\, and how team members col lectively organize and solve problems. The activity mimics many workplace challenges common to project management.
