 Abstract:
 In today's
  socially intense climate\, it is vitally important for organization and m
 arketplace leaders to develop Emotional Intelligence and apply it effectiv
 ely. Science journalist Daniel Goldman says\, \"Emotional Intelligence is 
 the sine qua non of leadership.\" Throughout my experience in the hospital
 ity and education field and now the millennial life coach\, I completely c
 oncur with Goldman's research. We need leaders who can galvanize complex p
 ersonality groups beyond the realm of analytics. Your level of emotional r
 eadiness will determine how well you are able to help transform others.
