DESCRIPTION:Gain an introductory knowledge and understanding of team psycho
 logical safety and its importance in developing high performance teams. Go
 ogle’s Project Aristotle says that team psychological safety is by far t
 he most important attribute of high performance teams.
 Session attendees
  will assess a team of their choice\, such as their own work team\, with a
 n assessment instrument. Using their assessments\, attendees will learn ho
 w to score and interpret the instrument’s results. Small group discussio
 ns and large group discussions will explore how to create and foster team 
 psychological safety.
