  Is there such a thing as work life balance? With access to technology in 
 this 24/7 world\, and the lines blurring between work life and personal li
 fe\, how do we create a life that is optimal to bring out our best?&nbsp\;
  This will be an uplifting conversation in identifying what brings us joy\
 , brings out our best\, and how having 9 full boxes in our lives make a po
 sitive impact on both our work life and personal life.
